Community
Grants Program The
goal of the Community Grants Program is to provide funding for highly
collaborative projects that promote health and wellness for the vulnerable
and under-served in the SSJCF area, particularly children, families and
the elderly.
Nonprofit and public agencies are encouraged to apply to the
Community Grants Program for funding in support of projects that promote
or improve access to one or more of the following: |

Health care and disease
prevention in areas or with populations of exceptional need; |
|
|
Development of healthy
lifestyles within the context of body, mind, and spirit; |
|
|
Increased
capacity to live in dignity, safety, health, and relationship; |
|
|
Growth
in the level of volunteer service within communities. |
